Getting Out into the Great Outdoors!
 
This will mark the 23rd year that Yuma has hosted a major geocaching event, and it will be better than ever. 
 
This Mega event takes place on Sunday, February 7, 2027, from 9am to 2pm, but the fun lasts all week.  Any down time can be spent finding some of Yuma’s amazing geocaches.  Even in the winter, you can count on warm, dry weather for perfect geocaching conditions!

We are currently planning the Yuma Mega Event activities, but here are some things to expect:

  • Raffle Tickets
  • Geo Bingo
  • 50/50 SWAG Donation Giveaway
  • Poker Run
  • Creative Cache Display
  • X Marks the Spot
  • CITO Challenge
  • Merchandise Sales and Information
  • Photo Booth
  • Meet Signal The Frog
  • Trackables and Pathtag Discovery/Exchange
  • Food Vendors
 
What to do before, and after the Yuma Mega Event:
 
Side Events:
 
We plan to have side events for you from Tuesday, February 2, through Tuesday, February 9.  Come early and stay late.  There is plenty for you to do.
 
Geocaches:
 
In addition to the many geocaches in the Yuma area, SWAG will be placing new geocaches for you to find.  Will there be more Adventure Labs? Challenge Caches?  Geo-Art?  Possibly.  You'll just have to wait and see...
